This is a fixed-shift position

Your working hours will remain in one of the time slots above. Working days will be decided through consultation.

Main responsibilities

Help customers enjoy a smooth and reassuring rental experience from pickup to return.

01Rental car pickup and return reception
02Handing over vehicles and keys
03Cash and cashless payment processing
04Telephone and reservation reception
05Simple vehicle damage and fuel checks
06Light cleaning and store organization
07Simple computer data entry
08Other light store operations

No specialist knowledge is required. Customer service experience is welcome, and complete beginners will be taught from the basics.
